Most of us have heard about Reflexology and Reiki, but using them together, with beautiful 100% pure essential oils, offers a unique holistic healing experience, which works on both a physical and emotional level. Each therapy enhancing the other, working in harmony to relax, clear, re-balance and restore. A reflexology treatment should not be mistaken for a hand or foot massage. It is an alternative practice of applying pressure on points of the feet to help increase circulation for pain relief, and to reduce tension, stress, and anxiety for a whole body energy re-balance. Reflexology has been practiced as early as 2330 BC by the Egyptians. The science shows that there are reflex areas in the feet which directly correspond to all of the glands, organs, and parts of the body, and when stimulated, can help many health and wellness issues in a beautiful, natural, energetic way. Reiki is a Japanese technique that treats the whole person, not just the physical body. It reduces stress, helps manage pain, and promotes deep relaxation, physical healing, spiritual healing, and self-improvement.
